Venturepax - Families in Motion
Spending quality, active time outdoors with those you love is priceless. We have seen first-hand how powerful it can be when families take time to disconnect from their everyday, stressful lifestyles. We have created a web tool that makes it easier for families to research outdoor opportunities. Gone are the days of going from website to website trying to plan your next family outing. Venturepax is organizing all of this information and it’s coming straight from other families’ experiences.
Once a family creates their free account they start dropping pins on a map for all the outdoor adventure locations that they have visited. They are able to tie valuable information to these pins such as where they stayed, pictures, videos, cost, activities, useful websites, packing lists, who's it ideal for, personal tips/comments/warnings and more. Families can then share these experiences with friends and family through their existing social networks (i.e. facebook, twitter, email etc...).
The information tied to these pins then becomes part of our growing database that other families on Venturepax search through. If a family is looking for a good place to go hiking in Ohio they can search through what other families are doing, find what their looking for and experience it for themselves.
